As per the Privacy Policy, which describes how KAMWAM maintains your personal information, keep it safe and the rights or obligations of both parties includes you and KAMWAM towards the privacy of personal information.
By simply login to the website "www.kamwam.net" you have to accept the terms and conditions of users agreement designed by KAMWAM, this includes the users consent, authorization of collection, use, as well as the disclosure of personal information under the privacy policy. Note that as per the KAMWAM’s terms and conditions of users agreement, user under the age of 18 not authorized to login to the website.
1. Collection and Use of Your Personal Information
KAMWAM provides a unique, innovative, community-based online outsourcing service. If you fail to provide the required information requested through our website, means we are unable to provide some or all of our services to you.
KAMWAM collects personal information of the users when you register through our portal. This may include, your name, address, phone number, contact details, birth date, gender, credit card number and account details, or may be require your occupation, interests, and application details for verification services. We might also give you the option of uploading a photo or video which is associated with your KAMWAM user ID. If your personal details change, then you have to update the KAMWAM account details as per the changes.
You are not anonymous to us, we are connected with each other’s with your activity when you log into the Site or post any content (including tasks, items to be supplied, bids, comments or feedback) on the Site or any associated forum. If you provide any personal information (including sensitive information if relevant) that is require by third party in order to perform its verification services, will be collected directly by the relevant third party verification provider and will not be collected, handled, stored or otherwise used by KAMWAM. KAMWAM will only receive your verification status from the third party verification provider (for example, ‘granted’ or ‘not granted’ or such other like status) in order to issue any relevant Verification Badge on the Site. 5. Marketing
